Service Description

Slowfire presents Slowfire Creative Camp — art and wheel throwing. Campers rotate through hands-on creative projects, ceramics, art, wheel throwing and outdoor play with expert instructors from Slowfire. Small groups ensure individualized attention and daily variety. Campers leave each week with original art and new skillsets. Tech-free, playful, and full of surprises. Teacher-to-Camper Ratio: 1:5–6 (Slowfire teachers ) Location: Slowfire Grove — three floors of studios and an outdoor garden. Drop-off: 8:50- 9am (please do not arrive earlier). Pick-up: 4 PM Daily Schedule 2 90-Minute Wheel & Ceramics Classes Led by Slowfire Art Staff, campers dive into the world of clay! Students will learn wheel throwing and handbuilding techniques. 🎨 90-Minute Mixed Media Art Class Campers explore painting, drawing, collage, and inventive mixed-media projects. Each session encourages creativity and experimentation with a variety of materials. 🌳 75-Minute Lunch Break & Outdoor Play Campers enjoy lunch, games, and outdoor activities to recharge between creative sessions. 🎲 Games, Crafts, & Group Fun Time to unwind and bond with friends through creative and playful activities. Campers will expand their skills through exposure to multiple art mediums and new experiences, with projects designed to build on their abilities each week. Every day is packed with creativity and fun! We are a tech free zone and ask that campers not bring handheld gaming devices and any cell phones or apple watches should be tucked away in a backpack. Cancellation & Refunds: More than 18 days before start date: refund minus $100 administrative deposit. 18 days or fewer before the start date: no refund. Late Pick-Up Fee: A $20 late fee will be charged if a student is picked up more than 15 minutes after scheduled pick-up, and $1 per minute thereafter.
