SHIPPING POLICY
Orders that are in stock will be shipped between 5-7 business days. Both made to order and custom orders can take up to a few weeks to ship. Because of the unique process for each piece, I cannot guarantee an exact shipping date for both made to order and custom orders.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final so we do not accept returns or exchanges. My goal is to provide you with the highest quality and satisfaction so please contact me if you have any discrepancies. If your work is damaged during shipping, please contact me with photos of the damaged work immediately upon arrival. Unfortunately, because ceramic work is very fragile, accidents happen during shipping so contact me immediately if this happens to your order.
