After Workshop Care (TCS)

Service Description

Does your child need care after a Tuesday and/or Wednesday workshop? They can attend our program AFTER their workshop until 5:30. LOCATION: The Children's School This program is only for students enrolled at The Children's School. REGISTRATION: Students may enroll on the days which work best. PROGRAM FEE: Tuesdays 4:30-5:30 $11 (this will mostly be care - games, snack, free play, etc) Wednesdays 3:30-5:30 $25 ( due to the length of this time, students will participate in art activities) BILLING: Families will be directly charged on the 20th of each month, for the upcoming month's invoice. There will be an initial fee of $50 to secure your spot, and you will then be invoiced prior to your start date, for that month. CANCELLATION: Please give us 1 month notice if you need to pause or cancel programming for your child. STAFF: Slowfire provides a 6/7 student: teacher ratio. We will enroll a maximum of 10-13 students/day. PICK UP: Suggested pick up time is after 4:45 to allow your child to complete their art lesson. Late Pick Up: Families will be billed a $20 late fee if the student is picked up after 5:40. Expectations: We expect our students to follow our community rules and code of conduct. If a child cannot follow these rules, we reserve the right to ask a student to leave our program.
