Service Description

With a Slowfire Ceramics Studio membership you will receive: -Cone 6-10 clay ( we carry three bodies: white stoneware, dark brown and speckled buff) -Custom cone 6 glazes or cone 10 reduction glazes - hand mixed -Dedicated shelf space for your damp box and tools -Slab roller, table space, hand-building tools, throwing tools, bat systems, trimming tools and more! -Staff will fire your work on a schedule. Please give at least 10 days for firings. We fire to cone 6 in an electric kiln on site, and cone 10 in a gas kiln at our Forest Park studio. -warm community -dedicated membership studio with exhibition opportunities By invite or with Slowfire Staff approval. Professional references required. Students must be self sufficient. Fee: $265 per month, charged on the 28th of the month prior. Initial Registration fee of $100 includes damp box & first bag of clay, as well as a one time administrative fee. These prices are for 1 month. By enrolling in this program, your initial commitment is 2 months, you will pay for the first month now, and your second month will be auto-charged to your card at the end of the first month. You will then be auto-enrolled on a monthly basis unless you cancel. We require 1 month notice to leave the program. Please ignore the schedule below that Wix posts. The membership is 24/7 with the exception of blackout times. Contract and Terms of Agreement Form must be agreed to and signed prior to start date.
