Service Description

Step into a world where imagination leads the way. In Dreamscapes, students will explore painting, drawing, and printmaking while creating surreal, imaginative landscapes inspired by dreams, fantasy, and the unexpected. From floating islands and glowing forests to underwater cities and star-filled skies, artists will design layered worlds that blend reality with imagination. Throughout the session, students will experiment with: Watercolor and oil pastel resist techniques Acrylic painting with bold, expressive color Ink drawing and fine-line details Introductory printmaking methods such as monoprinting and textured stamping Artists will learn foundational skills in composition, depth, layering, and color theory while building confidence in their creative decision-making. Projects will encourage both technical growth and imaginative storytelling, resulting in vibrant, multi-layered works of art. With small class sizes and a supportive studio environment, students receive individualized guidance while being encouraged to develop their own artistic voice. No previous experience is needed — just a love of color, creativity, and dreaming big. You can request this on the intake form. 5 kids minimum, 8 kids max With a low Student/Teacher ratio, comprised of dedicated teachers and professors, the student class size is perfect to advance skillsets, while also creating a safe learning environment. While we teach excellent technique and form, we also aim to empower students in their authentic voice/artistry. Our teaching styles are inclusive and welcoming.
