Based in Berwyn, Illinois, Belen is a full time ceramic artist with over 12 years of experience in wheel thrown and handmade ceramics. She holds an Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts from Morton College and has been teaching ceramics since 2018. Her work blends traditional forms with everyday inspiration, often reflecting her culture and surroundings. In addition to teaching, she sells her small batch ceramics at local markets and shops.She is passionate about helping others connect with clay, creativity, and community through hands on learning.
