"Real or Cake" Bake - Age 9-13 Mon PM

🎂 Real or Cake? Guided by Chef Kristi in the beautiful Slowfire Kitchen, students will take inspiration from the popular game “Is It Cake?” to design, bake, sculpt, and decorate cakes that look like real-life objects — from hamburgers to footballs and beyond! Each participant will work from scratch to create their own realistic cake masterpiece. Previous cake-making experience is helpful but not required — just bring your creativity and a sweet sense of adventure! Mondays 4:00-6:00pm Ages 9-13 01/05, 01/12, 01/19, 01/26, 02/02, 02/09, 02/16 Slowfire Grove 629 S Grove Ave. With a low Student/Teacher ratio, comprised of dedicated teachers and professors, the student class size is perfect to advance skillsets, while also creating a safe learning environment. While we teach excellent technique and form, we also aim to empower students in their authentic voice/artistry. Our teaching styles are inclusive and welcoming. We are an LGBTQ+ friendly space. No refunds once the course has begun and no make-ups available for group classes. Cancellations 14 days or less prior to the start of the class will not be refunded. *A $20 late fee will be charged if a student is picked up more than 15min late
