Workshop for experienced wheel thrower- Advanced beginner + Have you always wanted to throw your own mug for your morning tea or coffee? Join us for a 2 hour workshop, where you will create your very own finished mug. You will explore techniques for creating that perfect shape, and learn how to pull handles. In this relaxed class, Steven will guide you step-by-step through the basics of centering, shaping, and creating your very own pottery piece. We’ll provide everything you need—clay, tools, and expert instruction—so all you have to bring is your enthusiasm (and maybe a friend!). At the end of the evening, you’ll have a newfound appreciation for this beautiful craft and a unique piece to remember your experience. Staff will glaze and fire your work, and email you to pick up.
