Service Description

Description: In this class students will create a unique character, or alter ego, and bring it to life in both 2D and 3D art mediums. Each day we will focus on a new medium including comic/illustration, printmaking, collage, painted model magic, and more. All materials and associated costs are included in the cost of the camp. Ages 7-10 Taught by Salma and Brie 9am-11:30 AM August 15-August 19 Min 4 students, max 6 students. All materials (clay & glazes) and associated costs ( clay recycling, kiln firings, and glaze firings) included in the cost of the camp. With a small ratio of teacher to student composed of dedicated teachers and professors, the small camp size will be perfect to advance skill sets, while also being mindful of a safe environment. While we teach excellent technique and form, we also aim to empower students in their authentic voice/artistry. Our teaching styles are inclusive and welcoming. We are an LGBTQ+ friendly space.
