Ready to turn your cake dreams into reality? Join us for a fun, hands-on cake decorating adventure in the beautiful Slowfire Grove kitchen! In this exciting class, young bakers will: 🎂 Plan, bake, and construct stunning cakes from scratch. 🍰 Learn to stack and fill layer cakes like a pro. 🍭 Master buttercream techniques for a smooth, flawless finish. 🌟 Pipe intricate designs to make each cake a true masterpiece. 🍬 Create and decorate with fondant for that professional touch. ✨ Even make their own sprinkles to add a little extra magic! With small class size of no more than 6 students, each student will get plenty of individual attention and the chance to bring their sweet creations to life. Let’s bake something amazing! JULY 7-11 1-5pm Chef Kristi Location: 629 S Grove Ave, Oak Park Ages 8-11 Max: 6 students We are a tech free zone and ask that campers not bring handheld gaming devices. Any cell phones or Apple Watches should be tucked away in a backpack. With a low Student/Teacher ratio, comprised of dedicated teachers and professors, the student class size is perfect to advance skillsets, while also creating a safe learning environment. While we teach excellent technique and form, we also aim to empower students in their authentic voice/artistry. Our teaching styles are inclusive and welcoming. We are an LGBTQ+ friendly space. Cancellation Policy: 18 days or fewer before the camp start date: No refunds will be issued. More than 18 days before the camp start date: A $100 administrative deposit (or $100 of the full payment) is non-refundable, but any additional payments will be refunded. *A $20 late fee will be charged if a student is picked up more than 15min late
