Ms. Evelyn's Early Childhood Education Notes: Texture and Patterns

Writer: Evelyn ArreolaEvelyn Arreola

During class each student had the opportunity to discover how different materials affect watercolor. We used salt, sponges, tin foil, and spraying water. Kids loved to see what the difference in materials did to the watercolor.

Each student had a winter mitten to design their own patterns. Kids enjoyed mixing different shapes like hearts & circles and colors.
